Mr. Mohammed was awarded his B.Sc & M.Sc degrees in public administration from the University of Baghdad in 2008 & 2018, respectively. He gained his M.Sc degree in public administration from the University of Baghdad, Iraq in 2018.
He works with the academic staff of the Scientific Affairs Department, University of Technology- Iraq.
