
Dr. Jabal was awarded his B.Sc & M.Sc degrees Mechanical Engineering from the University of Technology- Iraq in 1998 and 2000 , respectively. He gained his PH.D degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Technology Malaysia (UTM), Malaysia in 2016. He is Manager of the Scientific Affairs Department/ Vice President of the University for Scientific & Post Graduate Affairs Office, University of Technology- Iraq
