Ms. Lubna Ali Aziz Al-Obaidi was awarded her B.A degree in English Language from Al-Turath University College & M.A

degree in English Language from Middle East University /Jordan in 1995&2015. She gained a Certificate of Appreciation from the Cultural Counselor of The Embassy of the Republic of Iraq in Jordan in 2015 /Dr.Abbas Ali Mohammed Al-Husaine. She works with the academic staff of the Scientific Division, Scientific Affairs Department, and Vice President of the University for Scientific Affairs Office, University of Technology- Iraq.
